Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
The voucher is non-transferable, not eligible for resale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a voucher is used against a bill where the total value is less than that of the voucher then the remaining balance will be returned the customer in the form of a voucher, no cash value will be returned to the voucher holder.
Please treat vouchers as cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
All vouchers are sent Royal Mail Signed For, or Special Delivery. Delivery is subject to Royal Mail service, please allow 3-5 days for delivery during busy periods. If receipt of the voucher is time critical, please consider purchasing directly from the venue where possible.
Entertainment Events Tickets
Tickets are valid the date of the event only. All tickets are sold exclusively online.
The ticket is non-transferable, not eligible for resale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
No cash value will be returned to the ticket holder if they are unable to attend the specified event. Please note this also applies to tickets that include a meal
Please treat ticket as cash. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.

The Coach House Humberston Cancellation Policy Applicable to table reservations when a deposit is payable. Deposits are required at The Coach House Humberston for larger parties and for notable dates to secure your booking. Deposits are payable at the time of booking and are deducted from the final bill, and are redeemed against a main meal. In most circumstances the deposit payable is based on the number of guests in the party. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit is per person, and should a member of your party does not attend, then their deposit is lost, it will not be deducted from the final bill. Any amendments or cancelations of bookings need to be notified to us as soon as possible by telephone on 01472 812222 or via email.
We reserve the right to vary this Cancellation Policy If you have any questions regarding our Cancellation Policy, please contact us.
Lateness Policy
When you are late, we politely request that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. If you are going to be late for your reservation, please contact the restaurant at your earliest convenience. We will call you the day before your booking time for confirmation of attendance and will also call if you are more than 10 minutes late. We will hold your table for 30 minutes of you being late for your reservation time, but please note that the time you are late for your reservation will be deducted from your 1hr 50 minute seating time, if you are 30 minutes late or more, we will automatically cancel your booking.
Dogs & Pets
Animals are not accepted with the exception of service animals assisting guests with disabilities. We do ask kindly to inform the restaurant at the time of booking so a suitable table can be made available. Dogs are allowed on our outside terrace area but must be on a lead and supervised.
Photography
Guests are permitted to take photos and videos of themselves and guests inside the restaurant for personal use only.
Smoking
In line with legislation passed in 2007 The Coach House is a no-smoking venue and this includes the use of electronic cigarettes. We do not allow e-cigarettes inside either. There are designated outdoor smoking areas available, if you are unsure then please ask a member of staff.
